Khalsa Ji has been in the business of new home construction and general contracting since 2009, in the town of Dasuya and surrounding areas. We expertise in turnkey projects including Premium homes and contractor services. Our biggest strength is that we don't compromise with the quality of our construction material at all.
As of year 2023 we have independently fully built over 30 Villas and Houses; and have also worked on several other commercial/ residential projects at different stages.
We take pride in our work and every individual which work with us. We use branded, premium quality construction materials for supplies like cement, rebars, concrete mixture for Roofs, electrical fittings, plumbing fittings etc. We have a very strict quality control on the Bricks we use, as they are hand made and often needs more attention.
We have exclusive sub-contractors and thekedars which work directly with us, and they all have several years of experience in their respective fields.
We deal directly with the suppliers for our interior finishes.
We don't buy any supplies on credit and pay all our suppliers within 14 days once we receive goods.
We have a strict 9 to 6 work culture and all our contractors & workers enjoy working with us. We respect every worker's time and skill. Throughout the past years we have developed a family relationship with all our workers, subcontractors and thekedars.
We are strictly against labour market exploitation and respect each & every individual who works with us.
All these efforts for a clean business and healthy relationship with our customers and workers has helped us to provide quality product to customers and increased efficiency in our workers.
